Terms of Sale: All items to be sold to the highest bidder except in the case of a reserve price set by the Seller. Auctioneer has no obligations to disclose reserve prices. All items are to be sold “as is-where is” with no implied guarantees or warranties of any kind. When the Auctioneer says “sold” the buyer is responsible for their merchandise. Bidders must present a valid government issued ID at the time of registration. All descriptions of items are believed but not guaranteed. Riat Auctions LLC represents the Seller. All sales are final. Any discrepancies, mistakes, etc. must be brought to the Auctioneer’s attention before 5pm on the day of the auction. Bidders must pay for their items on the day of sale before removal.
Terms of payment: Buyers may pay with cash, valid check, or credit card. Credit card transactions will be assessed a 4.00% surecharge. Buyers wishing to pay with check must present a valid drivers license for the cashier to copy. Any returned checks will result in a $50.00 service charge and a permanent ban from all live and online auctions conducted by Riat Auctions LLC in the future.
